CivStruct Toolbox is a civil and structural engineering calculator application developed by Haval Engineering.
This Privacy Policy explains how CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 handles information when you use the application.
CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not require you to create an account and does not automatically collect or transmit personal information to Haval Engineering through an application account or Haval Engineering server.
The application does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services in version 1.0.
CivStruct Toolbox stores certain application preferences locally on your device so that supported settings can persist between application sessions.

This locally stored preference information is used by the application to provide your selected settings. CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not transmit these locally stored preferences to Haval Engineering.
Engineering dimensions and other values entered into the calculators are processed by the application to produce calculation results.
CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not transmit calculator inputs or calculation results to Haval Engineering.
CivStruct Toolbox provides an option to contact Haval Engineering by email.
When you choose the contact option, the application requests that your device open a compatible email application using the contact email address provided by CivStruct Toolbox.
Any information you choose to include in an email is provided voluntarily by you and may be processed by your email provider, the recipient’s email provider, and Haval Engineering in order to receive and respond to your communication.
CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not integrate advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services.
The application may rely on operating-system functionality and installed applications when you initiate an external action, such as opening an email application. Those external applications and services operate according to their own privacy policies.
CivStruct Toolbox is an engineering utility and is not directed specifically toward children.
CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the application.
Because CivStruct Toolbox version 1.0 does not maintain a user account or transmit calculator data and application preferences to a Haval Engineering server, those application data are primarily handled locally on the user’s device.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their devices and any external services they choose to use.
Application preferences stored by CivStruct Toolbox remain on your device as needed to preserve supported settings between application sessions.
CivStruct Toolbox does not maintain a Haval Engineering user account or server-side copy of calculator inputs, calculation results, or locally stored application preferences.
Locally stored application preferences can be removed by using supported reset functionality within the application, clearing the application’s data through your device settings where supported, or uninstalling CivStruct Toolbox.
Information that you voluntarily send to Haval Engineering through email is handled separately from application data and may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to your communication, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when CivStruct Toolbox changes, including if future versions introduce subscriptions, online services, analytics, cloud functionality, or other features that affect how information is handled.
Material changes will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy and effective date.
